Both my professional, educational and lived experience informs and enhances my work as a counselling professional. I have a Masters in Counselling Psychology, as well as an earlier Masters in Development studies. My work history with Victim Services, domestic violence shelters, international development work, and developmental support services has given me over 10 years of experience supporting individuals experiencing crisis, grief, life transitions, traumatic loss, violence, and suicide. My own lived experience with suicide loss has further enhance my passion for supporting those who have experienced this kind of loss.

My goal as a therapist is to work in collaboration with you to address your current difficulties, understand and heal the deep-rooted issues which make change so difficult, and develop and strengthen your unique capacities and resources. My compassionate, responsive, and caring
